Seminars

The ERS School offers financial assistance to support seminars that fulfil qualification criteria and are held during meetings organised by local or national societies in low-income European countries. If your application is accepted, the School will provide monetary support up to a maximum of €2,500 (4,000 CHF) per seminar, which can be used to cover the expenses of travel for two speakers.

The objective of the ERS, in funding seminars, is to increase the image and profile of the ERS within national societies. The criteria for seminar applications are as follows.

       Applications must be complete
Applications must be from within Europe (WHO)
Applications must be made at least 12 months prior to the event
The seminar must be held at the meeting of a national society
(annual congress or major international event)

There are two annual deadlines for application:
March 1 and October 1.

Following each deadline, up to 4 applications will be selected after peer review.
