Innovative Medicines Initiative

IMI was proposed as a Joint Technology Initiative under the EU’s Seventh Framework Porgamme for Research (FP7).

First calls under this initiative have been published on 30th April 2008, with a deadline for the submission of Expressions of Interest on 15th July 2008, 17:00 CET.
Under the IMI Efficacy Pillar, two calls in the respiratory area are included - one on “Understanding Severe Asthma” and the second on “COPD Patient Reported Outcomes”.
